I called Michael on a Thursday to help diagnose / fix our networking issue we were having in our new business office. He was able arrive the next day to troubleshoot to see how the next course of action will be. After a couple of minutes he was able to determine an issue with our patch panel, and the keystone plugs on each office as being an issue with the punch down method. A different tool was required for proper connection to occur. It was determined to best swap the panels, and keystones to a more standard type. He was able to help get us going smooth by the end of the day. I would really recommend him for all your wiring needs. Very friendly, and showed courtesy.

I contacted this company to ask them to help me upgrade my ethernet network in my small business location. They came out to my location the next day, listened to what I wanted, and made some suggestions with various options that made sense. I insisted on upgrading to cat 6, which is probably more than I need today, but I felt this will ensure no further upgrades needed for years to come. They gave me a bid, which we discussed. I felt it was very fair and reasonable and scheduled the work. They returned at a time of my choosing when it was convenient for me. They were fast, proficient, no mess, no fuss, and delivered exactly as promised. They were even very careful to not disrupt daily business. My ethernet network is now running at 10 GB/s and rock solid-stable. I would absolutely hire them again. I can highly recommend them with complete confidence!
